<p>Non-clearance trees are covered by a 3-year limited warranty. Clearance trees have a 60-day limited warranty. The warranty for all trees covers:</p>

  <li>Quality of tree frame, foliage, hinges, and stand</li>
  <li>Repair or replacement of factory-installed lights (excluding burned-out bulbs)</li>
</ul>
<p>Any repair or replacement of defects in those parts are covered by the warranty within the specified time frame.</p>
<p><strong>Wreaths, Greenery &amp; Décor</strong></p>
<p>Products other than trees are covered by our 30-day premium guarantee. Please inspect your product upon delivery and notify us within 30 days if there is any damage or defects. Our team is ready to provide a quick resolution.</p>
<p><strong>Greenery (Fresh, Dried, and Preserved) and Food</strong></p>
<p>Because of their perishable nature, food items and fresh/dried/preserved greenery are not guaranteed. Check your order within 3 days of receiving it and notify us of any damage.</p>
