Price Adjustment Policy
Balsam Hill will occasionally make adjustments to product prices. Our policy regarding price adjustments for customers is as follows:
For purchases made between February 1 at 12:00AM PST and December 20 at 11:59PM PST
If the price of an item you purchased is reduced before December 20 at 11:59PM PST and within 14 days of your original purchase date, please contact us and we will be happy to credit you for the difference between the price you paid (net of any promotions or coupons) and the current price.
For purchases made between December 21 at 12:00AM PST and January 31 at 11:59PM PST
If the price of an item you purchased is reduced within 14 days of your original purchase date, please contact us and we will be happy to credit you for the difference between the price you paid (net of any promotions or coupons) and the current price.
