Natural Characteristics
Inspired by the Picea glauca found throughout New England and Canada, our artificial white spruce showcases a traditional profile composed of lifelike True Needle® tips complemented by Classic Needle foliage for a dense, full look. Its upward-sloping branches follow nature's design, creating a handsome backdrop for your beloved ornaments.

- With our innovative Flip Tree design, simply rotate the base of the tree into place and attach the top portion. The sturdy stand has improved rolling and locking capabilities for effortless assembly and storage.
- Crafted with abundant True Needle foliage for realism that draws the eye and Classic Needles for added fullness, making it a great looking tree.

- Trees pre-lit with innovative Twinkly® LED lights allow you to create and control different light colours, light shows, or choose from a pre-programmed selection of patterns and colours, all from your phone using the smart mobile app.
- Our Simple String® technology allows you to add custom lights to your tree with ease. Just string the lights strands on each tree section and then plug each strand into the center pole sockets. Secured with sturdy ties of your choosing, the lights strands will stay on for future years even when you take down your tree. Currently available on unlit models of this tree.

Warranty
Artificial Christmas Trees
Non-clearance trees are covered by a 3-year limited warranty. Clearance trees have a 60-day limited warranty. The warranty for all trees covers:
- Quality of tree frame, foliage, hinges, and stand
- Repair or replacement of factory-installed lights (excluding burned-out bulbs)
Any repair or replacement of defects in those parts are covered by the warranty within the specified time frame.
Wreaths, Greenery & Décor
Products other than trees are covered by our 30-day premium guarantee. Please inspect your product upon delivery and notify us within 30 days if there is any damage or defects. Our team is ready to provide a quick resolution.
Greenery (Fresh, Dried, and Preserved) and Food
Because of their perishable nature, food items and fresh/dried/preserved greenery are not guaranteed. Check your order within 3 days of receiving it and notify us of any damage.

Expert Tips
Assembling Your Balsam Hill Flip Tree™
Balsam Hill™ is proud to unveil the latest in Christmas tree design: our state-of-the-art Flip Tree™ technology. This unique patented design is protected by two issued US Patents (#8,062,718 and #8,993,077) and is exclusive to Balsam Hill. With this innovation, we have eliminated the need to lift heavy sections of the artificial Christmas tree during assembly and storage. Homeowners can simply roll in the tree out of the box on its wheeled base, lock it securely into place, flip the bottom section up, and install the lightweight tree top. Flip Trees up to 7.5’ generally come in just two sections, so only the tree top needs to be lifted. Larger Flip Trees may have two top sections. In just a few easy steps, you can assemble a grand holiday display.

Shape the tree section by section, starting at the bottom. So, if your tree comes in 3 sections, shape the lowest section before putting the second section on top. You might also consider tying up the higher levels of branches in the sections to keep them out of your way. You can use the ribbon that came on your tree.
Tip: Save that ribbon for wrapping up your tree after the season
Working branch by branch, separate individual branch tips and pull them away from the center of the tree.
Separate and spread outward-facing branch tips. Your branches should resemble a peacock’s fanned tail.
Gently bend the branch tips upward to create the lush fullness of a real tree. Repeat separating and shaping to fill in gaps.
Remove all ornaments. Check that the tree is unplugged and the wires are not twisted or tangled to avoid damage while in storage.
Lift the top section off the tree, unlock the bottom section at the base, and then flip the tree base 180 degrees until it is completely upside down.
Place each section of the tree in its respective storage bag, unlock the wheels on the rolling stand, and then roll into storage.
